Product Content Writer & Product Manager

Main Duties:

1. Upload Products to Website (2–3x a Month)

Add new product listings with correct titles, pricing, and categories.
Ensure product variations (size, scent, type) are clearly displayed.

2. Enhance & Prepare Product Images

Edit or retouch product photos for clarity, brightness, and aesthetic consistency.
Crop and resize images to fit website layout or brand guidelines.

3. Create or Refine Product Descriptions

Write or polish short, attractive product names and descriptions using AI tools if needed.
Include key benefits, usage instructions, and highlight features based on provided info.

4. Ensure Consistency with Brand Voice & Aesthetics

Match the tone, language, and visual style of the brand (feminine, mystical, clean, etc.)
Use color schemes and layout that align with the current shop vibe.

5. Communicate and Deliver Work Promptly

Complete assigned tasks without delays.
Communicate clearly if any clarification is needed before starting.

This is a part time position where your job can be done remotely, virtually and with flexibility. The starting pay for your service is RM500.

Requirements:

Product Image & Content Upload Assistant (Freelance / Part-Time)

We are looking for a reliable and efficient assistant to support our product-based business by uploading and enhancing product images on our website and creating simple yet appealing product content. AI tools may be used to assist with content creation and photo enhancements.

Responsibilities

Upload new product listings to our website (typically 1-3 times a month)
Edit, enhance, or retouch product images for a clean, professional look
Create or refine product titles, descriptions, and highlights using AI tools when needed
Ensure all listings follow brand aesthetics and voice
Complete tasks on time with minimal supervision
Communicate clearly and promptly regarding assigned tasks

Requirements

Strong sense of visual design and eye for detail
Basic photo editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom, or AI tools)
Good written English and ability to generate product descriptions that feel aligned with our brand
Familiarity with uploading to our website provider (or willing to learn)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without unnecessary delays
Must be responsive and reliable when work is assigned (though work is only needed 1–3x a month)

Nice to Have

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, or similar
Interest in beauty, wellness, or spiritual/lifestyle products
Experience writing short, engaging product copy

This is a light commitment role, but quality and timeliness are non-negotiable. With the assistance of AI, this job can be done in a breeze.

Compensation:

After 1 month, if there is a significant increase in sales, pay will increase to RM600/month

Creative and efficient — knows how to design posts, reels, or captions with a clear and beautiful message

Main Duties:

Go LIVE on Tiktok to promote Ranie Ratna Soul's products
Do a birthdate calculation for as many viewers as possible

This is a part time position where your job can be done remotely, virtually and with flexibility. The starting pay for your service is RM600.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Malay language.
Go on TikTok LIVE minimum 2 hours, 4 times a week (day or night time).
Have basic knowledge of Ranie's MetaNumerology Level 1 Course.
You are Malaysian and possess a Malaysian ID Card.
You are between 25 - 45 years of age.
Possess your own mobile phone and internet connection.
You have a strong need to help people.
You have discipline and willing to learn.

You do not have to have any experience in coaching people. As long as you are willing to learn new knowledge and have a personal growth mindset, a team player, provide good effort and on a mission to help people, Ranie will gladly put in her effort to coach you.
